Apple iPhone – Irresistible Gadgetry

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Richard_Rojas]Richard Rojas The long anticipated release of the Apple iPhone is scheduled for Friday June 29, 2007 at 6pm in each US time zone. The anticipation has been mounting ever since Apple CEO, Steve Jobs, announced the Apple iPhone during his keynote address at Mac World 2007 in San Francisco, CA. The kind of hype surrounding the iPhone hasn’t been seen for a new product announcement since, well, the Apple iPod. This is really no coincidence, since Steve Jobs is a master at stirring up rabid anticipation around new product launches. It also helps that Apple usually comes up with revolutionary product concepts that wind up changing how the world uses technology. Just think back to the Mac, iPod, and iTunes. An iPhone prototype was kept in a Plexiglas case at the Mac World show like some sort of religious relic or maybe a talisman from another galaxy. Fascinated attendees swarmed the display case, but could only stare in wonder at the mysteriously beautiful object encased within. Sorry, absolutely no touching was allowed! This was cruelty in the extreme since the allure of the Apple iPhone rests in the pleasure of cradling it in your hands and using your fingers to navigate its touch-sensitive screen. The Apple iPhone will be released first in the US first, and then in Europe during Q4 2007, followed by Asia in 2008. This is one of the few instances in recent memory where a technologically advanced cell phone is being released in the US before the rest of the world. Eat your heart out Japan! Were now seeing a cultural shift where the cell phone has become a fashion accessory. There are fashion shows that prominently feature cell phones along with matching clothing. The extreme in cell phone as status accessory, are gold-plated and diamond encrusted cell phone models selling for thousands. Cachet is the bottom line. Regardless of the iPhones shortcomings, some of which are may prove to be critical, there is no question that the iPhone will be a huge success and demand for it will be off the charts. The demand for the Apple iPhone is already intense and the first shipments will be sure to sell out quickly. The only important question remaining is will the Apple iPhone take its place alongside the Mac and the iPod as iconic products or will it fizzle into obscurity like the Apple Newton and the Cube? Richard R. Rojas covers the PDA and cell phone industries. Top 5 RC Car Accessories

By Greg Root RC cars are one of the hottest hobbies going but to keep your vehicle in top condition you need to have a stock of standard equipment to maintain your car. There are also great RC car accessories that can add to the experience and get you up and running more easily. You dont want to be left on the sidelines because you cant get your vehicle started or perform a quick maintenance on the spot. Here are the top five accessories every RC enthusiast should check out Starter Boxes Need help starting your engines? Starter boxes can give you the boost needed to break in your new RC vehicle or just make the starting process easier. The starter box will eliminate the need to pull-start your RC nitro car. Some car models are more difficult than others to pull start and having a starter box removes the problem and gets your vehicle going in no time. RC Tools Specialized tools help you keep your vehicle in top form. Some of the recommended additions to your standard tool box are: Magnetic Balancer: reduce wear and tear on your RC vehicle by ensuring that rotating parts are properly balanced. Ideal for balancing new tires before hitting the road. Gear Puller: avoid stripping the set screws by using a gear puller. Temperature Gauge: test the temperature while tuning your engine without risking a burn. Tool Pouch: keep all your tools handy and organized to make pit stops and tuning an easier task. Glow Plug Wrench: makes the necessary task of changing glow plugs easier and quicker. Glow Plugs You will definitely need spare glow plugs on hand otherwise you may have to cut your driving time short if your glow plugs fail. Even new plugs can be faulty so having a small kit that includes a glow plug igniter, charger, spare glow plugs and a glow plug wrench is a good idea so that you can make a change on the course instead of ending the fun. Fuel If youre going to drive a nitro car youre going to need fuel. The fuel used for RC nitro cars is specially designed for optimum performance. Using the fuel recommended in your owners manual will provide your vehicle with exactly the right combination of synthetic and castor oils. To make fueling easier you can select a fuel filler bottle that fits your needs. Several sizes are available and they are equipped with long, angled tips to speed up the refueling process and prevent spills. Always keep your fuel tightly capped since moisture will quickly be absorbed from the air and ruin the fuel. You might also consider including a fuel cleaner and rags in your stash to clean up any spills and drips. Air Filter Oil Treating your nitro cars air filter with special air filter oil will improve the ability of the filter to keep out dust and dirt while also extending the life of your cars engine. Over or under oiling the filter will affect the performance and possibly damage the engine. Only use the oil specified for your type of filter since using the wrong oil can disintegrate the filter. Be sure to let your oiled air filter dry for up to half an hour before installing it to avoid the excess oil from choking the system. Carry pre-oiled filters for changes rather than using a recently oiled filter or dry filter. These are a few of the recommend RC car accessories you should be sure to keep with you when racing or just playing around with your RC vehicle. You will find many more products that are designed to help you fix or add on to your vehicle by shopping online or at your local hobby shop. Greg Root owns and maintains http://www.rccarssite.com. Stained Glass: The Right Equipment

By Frank Tobias It’s a common fallacy that in order to enjoy the art of stained glass at home as a hobby, one must make a substantial investment. Though it is true that you will need to make a noteworthy amount of time and resource investment into this activity, as you do with any other hobby, you may be surprised at how accessible stained glass making really is and how you can get by with some basic tools and equipment. One quick and simple thing you can do is buy a stained glass beginners kit if you are just starting off. This normally includes all the bare essentials you will need to get started with your first stained glass masterpieces. Well not exactly masterpieces, but you get the idea. After some practice your skills will shine. Some basic tools you will need include a lead knife, diagonals, bent needle-nosed pliers, flux brush, light table, grinders, and newsprint end roll. As you get some experience under your belt you can acquire more tools and accessories as deemed necessary by you- the master craftsman! If you do your homework earlier on before diving in with both feet, you will find that some of the tools you use will continue to be used by you for many, many years to come. And during that time you will create even more and more elaborate stained glass patterns and materials to either sell, or showcase off in your home. What a wonderful deal! I’ve personally been involved with stained glass for about 14 years now and let me tell you, it still is a treasure to wake up every morning knowing that another concoction that you dreamt up is waiting to be created by your two capable hands and one quick-witted mind! I hope you get to experience the rewarding pursuit of stained glass making with the right equipment. Get started today with stain glass supplies and enjoy beautiful stained glass for life. When You Should Play The “Me Too” Game

By Charles Brown Sometimes your competitor will make a bold move and carve out a new niche, or repositions itself in a way that really threatens your own position. While it is always better to be first and to be the big fish in your own pond, life just doesnt always go our way. The other guys are smart too and come up with their own ideas. Thats why business can often be a game of keeping up. This is what happened to Ford and Daimler-Chrysler after General Motors came out with employee pricing as a way to stimulate car sales in the U.S. Until then, employee pricing had been a cherished benefit given only to employees. But when GM made this pricing structure available to everyone, a massive surge in new car buying began. And all of it was moving in the direction of GM. Ford and Daimler-Chrysler were faced with a dilemma. GM was taking all the new car sales for American-made cars away from them. Should they roll out their own employee pricing too and sacrifice their profit margins, or should they hold fast and wait until GM ended their program? It was a game of chicken on a corporate scale. What happened was what always happens in the car business, they copied GMs idea. They said, we have employee pricing too. Soon all three of the major American car makers were offering employee pricing. GM was no longer unique and no longer had the lions share of new car sales. All three companies benefited from the surge in new car buying, although GMs sales dipped somewhat from when they were the only one offering these low prices. Ford and Daimler turned what had been a unique selling proposition for GM into a category that benefited them all. Categories are funny things. There is still a leader of the pack, but categories enable all the players to benefit. They are rising tides that float all the boats. No one likes to play me too but sometimes it can be a very effective marketing strategy when your competitor has gotten the jump on you. When you look around and see that the other guy has carved out a niche and you cant afford to be left out, the me too game allows you to steal some of their thunder and profits. Dating Scene Got You Down? Don’t Despair

By Jaci Rae How do you meet the woman or man in your life if you haven’t already done so? If youre tired of the same old dating scene, meeting at a bar or conversing on the Internet, then I have a few really great ideas that may help brighten your prospects. If you don’t already have a woman or a man in your life, it may seem extraordinarily hard to meet the right person. Maybe you’ve done the online dating scene and found that it isn’t all that it’s hyped up to be. Often, the people involved (men and women) don’t measure up to their profiles or pictures. Because we have a select group of friends, we tend to see the same people at all the functions, B-B-Qs, parties and other events. Same faces with the same stories that become all too familiar. So where do you meet compatible and available singles? Before I go any further, let me preface this by stating something I am certain everyone has heard. Before you can find the right person, you must be the right person. Sound familiar? You can be given all the information you need to find someone, but if you are the same person with the same values and beliefs about yourself you have always held, you will attract the same. The law of attraction is: Similar kinds attract similar kinds. So first you must get your own life together and stop putting out the Im desperate to be in a relationship, and if I just found one, I would calm down and be happy. You need to calm down and be happy before you meet the right person or you will end up in the same cycle you have always been, with the wrong person. Enough of thatlets move onto the dating room. The dating room is a place I define where someone can go in order to meet other singles with similar interests. A good way to begin to find your dating room is to think about things that interest you (maybe you have always wanted to try skiing) or hobbies you already have. Once you do this, you can find a club that caters to people of that specific interest. All across America there are car clubs, sports clubs, dance clubs, checkers clubs, chess clubs, waterskiing clubs, snow clubs, dog clubs, you name it. Once you have a few ideas written down, you can begin to gather the necessary information about the clubs or events that occur in your city or region. Look in your local newspaper for a variety of interesting options, including neighborhood picnics, fireman breakfasts, charity singles auctions (where dates with local men and women are auctioned off for charity), travel tours, public dances (ones not held in a bar or a pub, such as a beginner’s square dance), charity events or even a beginners salsa dance night. For dances, make sure that it’s not a “partner necessary” event by calling ahead. Other search options are to type in your Internet Browser: www.citysearch.com to find out the local happenings in your area. Another effective way to meet someone would be to volunteer for a charity, such as the Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Way or UNICEF, to name a few. It’s important to participate with sincerity, but you may also meet your soul mate there. You may find someone who will most likely have the same philanthropic views that you do. Finally, while I don’t know anyone who has participated in the Singles International Club, I have heard of it. Check out your local chapter (search the Internet for specifics) as they hold dances and picnics for singles to meet. They also have the Singles Travel International Club. This is just a short list of good meeting places to get the ball rolling. However, no matter which place you choose to go, remember that in all of your approaches its best not to try to be “suave” or “debonair.” Be yourself. Smile so that your eyes shine and be genuine. You will go much further if you behave in a kind manner than if you put on an act. The point is to think outside the box. Here are a few more ideas for you to grab onto: Go to a super market at a specified time (I explain this technique in my book, Winning Points with the Woman in Your Life One Touchdown at a Time, but its too lengthy to go over here), go to your local coffee shop, search your local newspaper for social events such as holiday hay rides, pancake breakfasts, library socials, etc. A little side note for those of you who are bitterly shy: In a football game, “freezing” occurs when a player holds the ball for a long period of time without attempting to score points. You can’t “freeze” if you want to participate in the game of love. You MUST forgo shyness. You will never make it onto the playing field until you do. There is nothing anyone can say or do, no magic potions or pills and no amount of coaching that will do this for you. Practice in the mirror or on a friend to help you overcome it. Join a theater group and get on stage. That will throw you into the spotlight and may help you overcome your fears. Many of you are reading this article because you have had the same results in your dating experiences over and over again. How can you change that pattern? Its a very easy solution, but one that takes a lot of work when you have a pattern you have engrained in your subconscious mind and that is: If you want the same results, do the same things you have always done. If you want different results, you must do something different! Japanese Hair Straightening

By Danna Schneider By now, I’m sure you’ve heard of the hair straightening process invented in Japan that has swept America and made countless women forever grateful to it’s hair-transforming powers. It goes by several different names – Japanese Straightening, Thermal Reconditioning, Straight Perm, and Japanese Straight Perm. So, what exactly can you expect after a thermal reconditioning service? Well, it’s actually nothing short of miraculous, if you choose the right product and stylist. I had my treatment done at a Japanese salon in Ohio that specializes in this service. After about six hours of sitting in the salon, being alternately shampooed, heated under intense heat lamps, blown out, flat ironed, and then going through the entire process again, I emerged from the salon with a completely retexturized, smooth and sleek head of hair. All together, the straightening process cost about $750, including a VERY generous tip and a large bottle of shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for my new tresses. The hourly rate for the service was $80, which is actually below most others that charge about $100 an hour. I was under strict instuctions to guard my hair from water or any type of moisture for the next 72 hours. I was completely thrilled with my new hair. The light reflected off of it like crazy, and it blew naturally in the breeze, not at all dried out or artificial, like you might expect after a chemical treatment. It actually was in the best condition ever, which seemed counterintuitive since it had esentially just been through six hours of chemical and heat treatment. Nevertheless, it was absolutely and undeniably true. I was told I would need to come back for a touch up on the new growth anywhere from 6 months to a year, depending on how straight I wanted it to stay and the rate of hair growth. It is now six months later, and even though it has more body, it is still shiny and smooth. I actually like it a little more with some body at the roots. It gives it a little extra lift, and the remaining hair is still straight and manageable. There are some things you want to look out for when searching for a salon that offers thermal reconditioning. First, find out which straightening product they use. The best Japanese Straightening System is Liscio, and the second is Yuko. Both are made in Japan. Any others are to be cautiously researched. Liscio has produced the best results on clients, and if you’ve read about it anywhere, there is nothing negative to be reported. This is the system the salon I went to used, and my results were healthy and beautiful. Second, make sure the technician performing the service has plenty of experience in the process. Any good salon will provide you with before and after pictures of their work. Third, be sure to be open and honest with the stylist about any prior haircoloring or processing, so they can adjust the treatment accordingly for the best results. Don’t fall in to the trap of buying expensive shampoos and conditioners like I did (I spent about $85 on shampoo and conditioner). You can actually use several quality, gentle shampoos and intensive conditioners and get the same, if not better, results ( http://www.cosmeticsgalore.com/best-haircare-products-reviews.html ). After Japanese Straightening, you do want to be sure to keep hair protected from the sun and moisturized, so frequent deep conditioning and an SPF spray or other UV protective hair product is highly recommended. You must wait at least one to two months before coloring your hair after the treatment, depending on your stylist’s recommendations. If you can, go to a stylist who was actually trained by a top technician at the corporate headquarters for the system they use. This assures they have been trained correctly and specifically on how to get the best results possible. What this means for you is a lower risk of getting a “botched” straightening job or damaged hair. Do your research. Get online and find the salons in your area that offer the service along with their credentials. After all, you don’t want to waste your hard-earned money on something that is less than a superior result. The cost of the treatment can be very high, especially if your hair is particularly long or hard to “de-curl”. Typically, the longer and curlier the hair, the longer the process takes, and the more you will spend. Bottom line, if your hair is unruly, frizzy, or overly curly and you would like to have low maintenance, hassle free hair that is shiny and straight, the “Japanese Straight Perm” is just the thing for you. I know I will be going back for a second round! Visit Hair Straightener Reviews for more information on excellent salon-quality hair straightening tools. How to Make Long Distance Relationships Work

By Rachelle Arlin Credo Long distance relationships are dreadful. I know this because I’m currently living one. You watch other couples walk down the street hand-in-hand, kissing, etc., everyday and you can’t do anything but envy them. So how can a long distance relationship work? How can you keep on loving someone if you can’t even see them? The answer is…it depends on how much you want it to work. True love can overcome any odds thrown in its path if you want it bad enough. So the question is, how do you do it? Well, I do not think that anyone knows exactly how to make it work, but I can certainly provide some points on making it work. 1. COMMUNICATION is the key. In every relationship, whether near or far, if communication is taken for granted, it can cause the relationship to quiver until it eventually dies a natural death. That’s why in any given circumstance, communication has to be given utmost importance. There are so many available media to ensure that the communication stays open. From snail mails and phone calls to chat systems and e-mails or e-cards. These media can be effective means to convey your hearts desires to your loved ones. Let them know about what you’ve been doing and thinking because in that way they will feel like they are there with you. This will also help you feel close even though you are miles apart. 2. Send off CARE PACKAGES. It can be anything — a little gift of flowers; a collection of the letters he has sent you designed artistically into a scrapbook; or your sweetheart’s favorite jewelry — it’s really only limited to your imagination. Engaging yourself in this way is beneficial for both of you. You get to concentrate on gathering these items and putting them together, thus keeping your mind off not being together to a certain extent. Your loved one will see how much effort you put into it and how much you care. Even if it is nothing more than a card,it shows they mean enough to you that you can take the time to let them know. It never takes much money to show a little love with a small gift. Trust me, it can melt a heart! 3. Keep yourself BUSY. You couldn’t just sit there and wait ’til he comes back to you. What if he doesn’t come back at all and all you did was sit and get your tummy flabby, won’t that make you just miserable? You won’t just be stunting your growth as an individual in the process but you’d also be developing emotional insecurities. In order to avoid that, you have to focus yourself on other things while waiting. Try to identify your passions. Get in touch with your creative nature. If you are a homebody, you can read tons of books which can help you grow intellectually and emotionally or you can choose to lounge before your computer and surf for hours to learn invaluable things over the internet. It’s an endless “ways-to-make-yourself-busy” list and it is up to you to decide whichever you’re interested to get involved in. But remember, being “busy” is not an excuse to forget your “special days” and worse yet, your loved one. You’re doing it not just to occupy yourself but also to allow yourself to grow even with your lover’s absence. 4. HONESTY is the best policy. The path to true intimacy and connection especially in a long distance relationship is through “total honesty” to each other in the fullest sense of the words. By being authentic and telling your full truth to your loved one about your thoughts, feelings, needs, wants, issues, boundaries, etc., you are gradually building up a zone of confidence and comfort for both of you. This is very essential if you want your relationship to really last. Seeking to avoid conflict and maintain harmony by censoring yourself can work for a while but it won’t take much time until your suppressed truth comes out in other ways, such as withdrawal, resentment, “acting out,” etc. I know, sometimes, telling your whole truth can be difficult and even scary, but it will result in the kind of relationship that you really want– a relationship where all the cards are laid in the table. 5. The value of TRUST Trust is a very fundamental aspect in any relationship. That is because having trust in a relationship takes away doubt. When you trust someone you never have to question their motivation about anything and with mutual trust that relationship is solid. You must learn to be true to the relationship and must never give way to insecurities, strange feelings, suspicions and quick impulses because these will only bring your relationship down. Don’t push away negative comments, or advice. Just trust in yourself and your partner. If you two are true to each other and have no hidden motives then you’ll be alright. Remember “Love never fails.” 6. COMMITMENT is a habit not an achievement In every relationship, it is a must to be able to learn how to commit and be committed. For most long distance relationships, the very reason why they fail is because both parties couldn’t go on with the commitment and they feel too weak to withstand the tribulations of time.If you have committed yourselves to each other without shilly-shallying, then you have a good promise ahead of you.Your comitment to each other will keep the passion alive and the fires burning thus sustaining the growth of the relationship. 7. PATIENCE is a virtue. Being in a long distance relationship requires being steadfast and persevering. If you aren’t this kind of person and you’re involved in a long distance relationship, then as much as now, you better try to learn to be patient. Focus your attention on all the positive aspects of the relationship and never give your hopes up. Showing that you value your partner and the relationship and that you are willing to work patiently through it will let them know you truly love them. 8. WEBCAM This is applicable only for those who have the comfort of having their own personal computers at home. But for those who don’t, there are computers-for-rent in cafe’s with webcams already attached to the computer system. Having a webcam is actually very fun and exciting. Even if you aren’t together but looking at each other’s face in the broad screen makes you feel like you’re just so close, so near to your loved one. My boyfriend and I use Yahoo messenger to express our emotions with smileys and it’s melting my heart to see him smile in the cam when he gets my messages. 9. Make special occasions SPECIAL. It is not everyday that a special day comes so when it does, it must be celebrated no matter how far apart you are. When I speak of special occasions, I mean birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s Day. During these occasions, you can plan out some heavy-duty phone call or an extended online time for the evening. Regardless of whether you talk every night or a couple times a week, be sure you both carve out some time for that particular night. If you’re too stingy to settle on a lengthy phone call, but have cheap and unlimited online access, plan to send instant messages to each other or meet in a private chatroom somewhere. If you can’t be together, at least you can be “talking” and “spending some private moments together”. 10. ENJOY LIFE! Not because your loved one is away, it doesn’t mean that your “life” is taken away with him as he sets on for greener pastures. You have your own life to live and you must live it up to the purpose you were created for, with or without your loved one.Anyway, we have our family and friends. What are these social beings surrounding us created for anyway? Remember, there are definite hardships associated with this relationship style but it is important that those who thrive in a long distance relationship see the suffering, difficulties, distance and time as tools in cultivating their love and rearing up the maturity in their relationship. The best you can do is to strive to be the best of who you are as a person while your partner is away so that when he comes back to you, you are already a full-grown individual whom he will love even more and be more proud of more than ever! For now, just be happy in knowing that across the miles there is someone who thinks you are so special, they are willing to engage in a terrible thing such as a long distance relationship. Keep in mind that your suffering is not forever since your loved one will be back soon and when that time comes, everything will be much sweeter than it was back then. 2005 Rachelle Arlin Credo. Choosing a Wedding Photographer – Traditional vs. Photojournalist

By Victoria Williams Wedding Photojournalism is getting its fair share of attention these days, but don’t jump into the water quite yet. Knowing your wedding style and what feel you want to radiate from your pictures is very important to choosing the correct style photographer. Is your Wedding Formal, Semi-Formal or Informal? Haven’t thought of it yet? Well get going! What are you waiting for? Knowing this will give you a better indication on what to look for in a wedding photographer. Traditional Photographers for a Formal Style There is no law written in stone, but if you are having a formal wedding, you would probably want to hire a more traditional wedding photographer. Almost all pictures are posed for and perfect down to the last detail therefore accentuating dignity and grace. The downside to this is that the those spontaneous and special moments may not be captured, because candid shots are less likely to be taken. A Traditional and Photojournalist Balance If you are having a semi-formal wedding you probably should look for a photographer who has a balance of both traditional and photojournalist styles. That way the photographer can capture the light-hearted moments while still creating that elegant feel with traditional classical photography. Take a good look at his portfolio. Is he equally good at both or does he lean strongly towards one or the other? Photojournalists for an Informal Style Are you having a informal wedding? More likely than not, you’ll have more light-hearted fun than in a formal setting. These rare moments are captured far better if you hire a wedding photojournalist, because he is capturing your day as it happens. The down side is that he may catch you at an awkward not so pretty moment and not to mention, its more expensive. Being that you chose an informal wedding, the non-diva moments may not bother you as much. Check the Photographer’s References This cannot be stated enough. Going by a portfolio is not enough. Call up his references. You’ll be surprised at how many wedding vendors give references of clients who were not that happy with their service! Research the national Better Business Bureau. Is there a multitude of complaints? If there was one complaint, was it resolved? (Well at that point you might want to look elsewhere regardless. Why take chances.) Please ask a lot of questions. Choose the Photography Style You Want OK so what was the point with all of the above? These are guidelines. It is perfectly legal to hire a wedding photojournalist for a formal wedding and vice versa. If you are looking to capture more candid shots at a formal wedding you could still go with a photographer who has a mix of skills. So How Do I Go About Losing Weight?

By Chris Looi In fact it is now a proven fact that being overweight is not healthy for us and losing that extra weight should be a priority for anyone who is either overweight or obese. So you now have to find a way of how to lose weight successfully. Losing weight is easy as long as you follow the right steps. So in order to lose weight safely there are some steps below which should help you to lose weight efficiently. Why do you need to lose weight? Some overweight people are more prone to suffer from high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems and besides these people who carry extra weight will suffer from joint problems, personality disorders, an inferiority complex and depression. As there is no benefit to be gained from weighing more than you should and so one should never hesitate to work towards losing that extra weight. Set yourself goals Unfortunately losing weight can not be achieved in one go and should be approached step by step (as it will make it easier for you). It is imperative that you set yourself goals when trying to lose weight and they should be ones that are both sensible and achievable. So why not set yourself a goal of losing 3-5kg’s per month. Exercise You should exercise for at least 30 minutes each day and it can be anything from walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, aerobics or dancing. However it must be done regularly and continuously for a minimum of 30 minutes and no less. By including exercise in any weight loss program that you are doing as it helps you to change your behavior and your attitude to yourself and the way you perceive yourself. The idea of using exercise is to help lose more energy that what you are eating and so the more you sweat when you exercise the more weight you will lose. Make sure you eat less sugar and fat Unfortunately both fatty and sugary foods will release more energy and this will then be stored in your body as fat which will then increase your weight. But not only will you increase the amount of fat in your body if you eat foods like these but you will not get other important nutrients such as protein, minerals and vitamins as a diet high in sugar will make you feel as if you are full. Eating a wide variety of foods in the future One of the best ways to lose weight is to eat a wider variety of foods as this is a way of getting all the essential nutrients that you need. This is because one food that you are eating is rich in protein and others in minerals whilst others may be rich in vitamins. So hopefully by following the few tips is a way in which you can lose weight safely and effectively.
